A small table top 3 Axis CNC Router kit which can cut, engrave or drill materials like Plastics, PCBs, Carbon Fibre and light metals like copper and brass. It can also engrave metals like MS, silver or Aluminum. Working area of the machine is 390x590x50mm(X,Y,Z). It comes with a 1.5KW AC spindle with ER11 collect and can go upto 24000rpm. This model comes with 22Kg.Cm Hybrid servo motors which gives high rapid speeds upto 2500rpm.

This is a Do It Yourself kit which includes fully assembled frame. All assembly and configuration has to be done by user which needs skills like soldering, drilling, cabling and mechanical assembly. Also working knowledge of stepper/servo motors and drives, cnc controller and CNC is required. Assembly may take 3 to 6 hours of work. Lightweight Aluminum design with 12mm ball screws give a high precision movements.The machine is fitted with our Hybrid Step-Servo Motors which provide closed loop control, high accelerations and speeds. All together it gives an accuracy of 0.05mm with repeatability of 0.02mm and speeds upto 4000mm/min. If used for drilling i.e. PCB drilling it can drill upto 120 holes per minute. Overall it gives a complete solution for desktop routing, engraving and milling for light materials.

The machine comes with 3 Axis Standalone CNC controller and plastic housing for CNC controller and motor drives. For convenience of shipping and packaging the machine is divided in to 3 boxes, assembly and connections take 10 minutes to make a full working machine.
